Every couple is unique and so are their challenges. We provide open-ended couples therapy to help you and your partner communicate more effectively, identify destructive patterns and cultivate a new way of being with each other that is more conducive to your individual and joint well-being.

In addition to our in-person sessions, we offer virtual therapy for increased flexibility and accessibility. When travel distance, tight schedules, mobility issues or health concerns make in-person sessions difficult; or when you simply prefer therapy from the comfort of your home, virtual therapy may be the option for you.

When you have a specific issue to tackle or want a safe space to unburden yourself briefly, all you may need is a one-off session with a trained professional, who will listen and help you find clarity and a way forward. Our sole consultation is a longer 75-minute session that will provide focused support during a single counselling session. A plan of action and follow-up support will be discussed where necessary.
