Chinyelu is the founder of Mindbalm and a mental health advocate dedicated to helping people live happier more meaningful lives. Being someone who appreciates diversity, individuality and the uniqueness of each human experience, her approach is to help her clients within a framework that is compatible with their specific culture, identity and personal values. As an integrative psychotherapist, Chinyelu’s practice is informed by different theoretical perspectives in psychotherapy and reinforced by academic research in cross-cultural psychotherapy.
